To buy a generator is easy, BUT to buy the correct size generator for your electrical system and equipment is more complicated. TDHS will inspect your electrical system and use your input about what you want, to compile a system that will work the best for you and you’re electrical system.

We make sure that we get the best prices for you on all generators, generator parts and service kits from our suppliers over South Africa.

Installation

All our installations are done to the highest standards and we attempt to do the installation with as little as possible interference to you and/or your business. After the installation the system will be tested, commissioned and signed off.

TDHS Administration…

The admin team will make sure that you receive your New-Gen Handover package that includes the Customer Manual, Generator Specification, Warrantee and the Commissioning Check List ( all this documentation will be on a memory stick as well in your file ).

services and inspections

Equipment should regularly be inspected to insure uninterrupted service from the generator. Servicing of generators can vary from 6 – 12 months or 250-500 hours of service.

We also offer inspections and service plans tailored to you and you’re generator needs These inspections and service include an inspection checklist that indicates if there are any concerns, any recommended repairs, as well as generator hours and next service date.

Breakdowns

We are equipped to handle breakdowns on generators by isolating the fault and repair/replace the necessary parts to repair the generator.

Situated in Graskop we service the surrounding areas, but are not limited to them.

Diesel Top-ups

We have a 1000L diesel bowzer for your entire generator diesel top up needs.

Safety, accuracy and quality is our priority. This is why we follow all relevant safety rules while filling up your generator

These rule include:
1. No spillage of diesel.
2. Valid fire extinguisher
3. Correct readings
4. Clean diesel (unpolluted)

For customer within a 50km radius from Graskop, that has a Monthly Generator Inspection Contract with TDHS, will not be charged a Top-Up fee on Generator Top-ups.
